Multi-Province Expansion

Agent / Distributor model
Appoint 1–2 agents per province. Pay 10–20% commission. They find buyers, you ship from central warehouse. Lowest overhead.
Province warehouse
Lease storage space in target province (CFS or private warehouse). Stock in advance. Faster delivery wins buyers.
Franchise model
For service businesses — document your system, franchise to local operators. Nepal franchise law (Company Act) allows this.
